N.M. Admin. Code § 1.5.3.18 - SEAT BELT USE
A. All authorized
drivers and passengers of state vehicles shall wear seat belts.
B. All authorized drivers shall observe child
safety and restraint laws at all times when transporting a minor in a state
vehicle in furtherance of official state business.
C. Violation of this law may result in loss
of state authorized driver privileges.
