N.M. Admin. Code § 1.7.6.9 - LEGAL HOLIDAYS
Each year, prior to December 1, the Board shall publish the dates on which legal public holidays as designated in NMSA 1978, Section 12-5-2 (Repl. Pamp. 1988) shall be observed for the next calendar year.
