N.M. Admin. Code § 11.21.1.31 - TIME LIMITS FOR BOARD ACTIONS
Whenever these rules set forth a period of time within which the board, the director, or a hearing officer must take any action, the board, director or hearing examiner may, for good cause, extend for a reasonable time, not to exceed twenty (20) workdays for each extension, the date by which such action must be taken, unless the date is controlled by statute.
