N.M. Admin. Code § 13.10.30.20 - EXAMINATION

A. Examination. Pursuant to the examination powers conferred by the Insurance Code, the superintendent may examine a PBM for compliance with any applicable New Mexico law.
B. Data calls. Pursuant to the oversite and supervision powers conferred by the Insurance Code, the superintendent may issue a data call to a PBM or PSAO.
