N.M. Admin. Code § 13.17.6.2 - SCOPE
This rule authorizes premium credits for workers' compensation and employer's liability insurance as defined in NMSA 1978 Section 59A-7-6 A(3) for those employers utilizing certain qualifying classifications. The premium credit calculation in this rule shall apply to new or renewal qualifying policies effective on and after July 1, 1992.
