N.M. Admin. Code § 13.8.2.12 - RIGHT TO HEARING
Any person aggrieved by any action, threatened action or failure to act of the superintendent in connection with a filing has the right to request a hearing pursuant to Section 59A-17-34 A NMSA 1978. The superintendent may grant or deny the request.
