N.M. Admin. Code § 15.1.10.31 - ACCESS TO GAMING ESTABLISHMENT AND RECORDS
A. No applicant or licensee shall fail or
refuse to produce records or evidence or to give information upon demand by the
board or its agent. No applicant or licensee shall interfere or attempt to
interfere with any effort by the board or its agent to obtain such records or
evidence.
B. Each licensee shall
immediately make available for inspection by the board or its agent all papers,
books, and records produced by any gaming operation and all areas of the gaming
establishment or the premises of any other licensee. The board or any of its
agents shall be given immediate access to the gaming establishment or the
premises of any other licensee for the purpose of examining or inspecting any
gaming device and any records or documents required to be kept under the act or
this title. The authority to examine and inspect includes the authority to make
copies of any such documents and records.
