N.M. Admin. Code § 15.1.8.20 - EXTENSION OF TIME FOR FILING REPORTS
The board, in its sole discretion, may extend the time for filing any report or document required by this rule; provided, however, that Taxation and Revenue, in its sole discretion, may extend the time for filing any report or document relating to gaming taxes when such report or document is to be filed with that department.
