N.M. Admin. Code § 15.4.5.16 - SECURITY
A. Licensees shall
implement and maintain security measures that shall ensure safe and honest
operation of the bingo establishment.
B. The licensee shall identify paid security
personnel, if any, by badge or uniform while games of chance are being
conducted. These personnel shall not be permitted by the licensee to play or to
participate in the conduct of games of chance.
