N.M. Admin. Code § 15.6.7.14 - EMERGENCY MEDICAL FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT
A.
Commission approval
required: All medical facilities and equipment to be used at any event
regulated by the commission must be approved in advance by the
commission.
B.
Promoter
responsibility: The licensed promoter of any event regulated by the
commission must provide adequate emergency medical equipment and must ensure
that the commission has approved all medical facilities and equipment for the
event.
C.
Specifications for
medical facilities and equipment: The commission shall provide to each
licensed promoter, a bulletin containing commission-approved specifications and
information regarding the medical facilities and equipment required for each
event.
