N.M. Admin. Code § 16.10.10.2 - SCOPE

This part applies to all applicants and licensees under the jurisdiction of the Medical Practice Act, Sections 61-6-1 to -35 NMSA 1978, and entities falling within the scope of Section 61-6-16 NMSA 1978.
