N.M. Admin. Code § 16.12.9.3 - STATUTORY AUTHORITY
Section 61-3-1 NMSA 1978 et seq., authorized the board of nursing to regulate the practice of nursing in the state and the Pain Relief Act, Sections 24-2D-1 through 24-2D-7 NMSA 1978.
