N.M. Admin. Code § 16.16.23.6 - OBJECTIVE
The objective of Part 23 of Chapter 16 is to set forth the policies, procedures, and disciplinary proceedings for implementation of the Parental Responsibility Act (Ch. 25, Laws of 1995).
