N.M. Admin. Code § 16.19.21.16 - ANALYTICAL LABORATORIES
A.
Analytical laboratory applicants shall submit application on the form provided
by the Board. All applicable questions on the application shall be filled in
and signed by the person in charge of the facility.
B. Quantities of drug precursors in
possession of analytical laboratories shall be limited to such quantities as
required for reference standards, assays, or other analytical scientific
purposes.
