N.M. Admin. Code § 16.19.22.10 - RATIO OF TECHNICIANS TO PHARMACISTS
A. The permissible ratio of pharmacy
technicians to pharmacists on duty is to be determined by the pharmacist in
charge.
B. The board reserves the
right to impose a ratio of pharmacy technicians to pharmacists if circumstances
so dictate.
