N.M. Admin. Code § 16.19.8.14 - THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS PROVIDER LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
A. Every third-party logistics provider,
wherever located, who engages in providing third-party logistics into, out of,
or within this state must be licensed by the board in accordance with the laws
and regulations of this state before engaging as a third-party logistics
provider of prescription drugs.
B.
Third-party logistics providers cannot operate from a place of
residence.
C. Where third-party
logistics operations are conducted at more than one location, each such
location shall be licensed by the board.
D. A third-party logistics provider located
in New Mexico shall be located apart and separate from any pharmacy.
