N.M. Admin. Code § 16.5.59.2 - SCOPE

The provisions in Part 59 of Chapter 5 apply to applicants for expedited licensure pursuant to Subsection B of 61-5A-14 NMSA 1978 and Subsection B of 61-1-34 NMSA 1978.
