N.M. Admin. Code § 16.5.7.11 - RE-EXAMINATION PROCEDURE
An applicant who does not obtain a passing score on the jurisprudence exam must submit the re-examination fee as defined in Subsection D of 16.5.5 NMAC to retake the exam.
