N.M. Admin. Code § 16.66.2.9 - FEES NON-REFUNDABLE
Fees paid to the board pursuant to 16.66.2.8 NMAC of the board rules are non-refundable. Requests for refunds or exceptions to this rule shall not be considered by the board.
