N.M. Admin. Code § 17.13.930.10 - LETTER OF TRANSMITTAL TO ACCOMPANY RATE FILING PACKAGE FOR SEWER UTILITIES HAVING ANNUAL OPERATING REVENUES AVERAGING $500,000 OR MORD IN ANY CONSECUTIVE THREE-YEAR PERIOD
In the Letter of Transmittal the applicant shall:
A. notify the New Mexico Public Utility
Commission [New Mexico Publc Regulation Commission] of the tendered rate
schedules which will supersede, supplement, or otherwise change any provision
of a separate schedule required to be on file with the Commission;
B. include copies of each tendered rate
schedule which will supersede, supplement, or otherwise change the provision of
a rate schedule required to be on file with the Commission;
C. state the date on which the applicant
proposes to make the changes in service or rate, rule, or practice
effective;
D. state a brief
description of the proposed changes in service and/or rate, the reason for the
proposed change, and show that all the requisite agreements to the proposed
change, including any contract embodied therein, have in fact been
obtained;
E. state that notice has
been given or will be given as required by the Rules of the New Mexico Public
Utility Commission [New Mexico Public Regulation Commission]; and
F. list the documents submitted in support of
the proposed changes.
