N.M. Admin. Code § 17.4.2.8 - ORGANIZATION
A. The Railroads
and Utilities Section of the New Mexico State Highway and Transportation
Department is managed by the Railroads and Utilities Section Manager who is
directly responsible to the Right-of-Way Bureau Chief, and is a part of the
Engineering Design Division, headed by the Division Director. The Section
Manager is responsible for the direction of all work undertaken by the
Railroads and Utilities Section, and for the supervision of the various
Railroad and Utility Relocation Agents and other personnel who may be assigned
to perform designated functions of the Section.
