N.M. Admin. Code § 17.9.571.6 - OBJECTIVE
The objective of this rule is to implement the renewable energy provisions of the Rural Electric Cooperative Act, the voluntary tariff provisions of the Renewable Energy Act, and to bring significant economic development and environmental benefits to New Mexico.
