N.M. Admin. Code § 17.9.590.10 - ELIGIBILITY
A. Economic
development rates shall apply only to a participating customer's incremental
load.
B. A participating customer
shall qualify for service under economic development rates only if the customer
meets the minimum investment units established by the utility providing it
service and approved by the Public Service Commission [Public Regulation
Commission].
