N.M. Admin. Code § 18.20.10.9 - MOTORCYCLE TRAINING COURSE INSTRUCTOR REQUIREMENTS
A. A minimum of twenty-one (21) years of
age.
B. Have a clean driving
record.
C. Have a valid motorcycle
license/ endorsement.
D. Be
certified by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation.
