N.M. Admin. Code § 18.3.4.15 - AMBULANCE SERVICE WAIVER
Pursuant to Section 65-6-4 NMSA 1978, and upon written request showing good cause, the department may waive the requirements of this rule with respect to individual ambulance service providers.
