N.M. Admin. Code § 19.15.2.10 - ONLINE APPLICATION AND SUBMITTALS
A. The division shall establish online
application and submittal procedures on the division's website for the
electronic filing of all forms, applications and other written documents and
information with the division.
B.
All applications that require the payment of a fee, as provided in Section
70-2-39 NMSA 1978, shall include
the fee payment with the application.
C. A person whose filing is made untimely due
to a technical failure of the division's web-based online application process
may request an extension of time. Technical failures not originating with the
division's process, such as problems with the filer's equipment, software, or
telecommunications facility will not constitute a basis for
relief.
