N.M. Admin. Code § 19.15.40.10 - ANNUAL INSPECTIONS
A. There
shall be an annual safety inspection, made by an inspector of the bureau, of
each bulk storage plant facility, dispensing station, vehicle fuel dispenser,
and cargo container and safety equipment on each vehicular unit used for
transportation of LP gas in bulk quantities. Each bulk plant, dispenser, and
vehicular unit shall display a current decal showing it has passed the required
inspection.
B. Own use non-resale
dispensers shall not require annual inspection. These facilities shall be
inspected at the time of installation or modification.
