N.M. Admin. Code § 19.2.7.28 - LIMITATIONS OF ACREAGE
No person, association or corporation shall take, hold, own or control any interest, direct or indirect, in state geothermal resources leases exceeding fifty-one thousand two hundred (51,200) acres.
