N.M. Admin. Code § 19.8.11.1101 - OPPORTUNITY FOR SUBMISSION OF WRITTEN COMMENTS ON PERMIT APPLICATIONS
A. Written comments
on permit applications may be submitted to the director by the public entities
to whom notification is provided under Subsections C and D of
19.8.11.1100 NMAC, with respect to
the effects of the proposed mining operations on the environment within their
area of responsibility.
B. These
comments shall be submitted to the director within 30 days following the last
publication of the above notice.
C.
The director shall immediately transmit a copy of all such comments for filing
and public inspection at the public office where the applicant filed a copy of
the application for permit under Subsection E of
19.8.11.1100 NMAC.
D. A copy shall also be transmitted to the
applicant.
