N.M. Admin. Code § 19.8.8.807 - CLIMATOLOGICAL INFORMATION
A. The
application shall contain a statement of the climatological factors that are
representative of the proposed permit area, including:
(1) the average monthly and seasonal
precipitation;
(2) the average
direction and velocity of prevailing winds;
(3) seasonal temperature ranges;
and
(4) a plan for collection of
climatological data throughout the operator's period of
responsibility.
B. The
director may request such additional data as deemed necessary to ensure
compliance with the requirements of 19.8.5 through 19.8.13
NMAC.
