The variance procedures provided by 20.1 1.7 NMAC shall not apply to 20.1 1.81 NMAC. No variance from the requirements of 20.1 1.81 NMAC shall be granted, unless the board is authorized by Subsection K of 20.11.2.18 NMAC, Fees, to grant a waiver from payment of the Board hearing fee.
