N.M. Admin. Code § 20.11.82.33 - NOTICE OF BOARD ACTION

The hearing clerk shall provide notice of the board's action to each of the parties who have provided a legible address and to all other persons who have made a written request to the board for notification of the action taken, and have provided a legible address.
