N.M. Admin. Code § 20.2.89.6 - OBJECTIVE
The objective of this part is to establish requirements for issuance of a certificate of eligibility for advanced energy tax credits pursuant to NMSA 1978, Sections 7-9G-2, 7-2-18.25, and 7-2A-25.
