N.M. Admin. Code § 5.7.36.9 - APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for this program, an applicant shall:
A. have completed the first two years of law
school and be in good academic standing at the university of New Mexico school
of law as determined by the school;
B. be a resident of New Mexico; and
C. declare an intent to serve as a community
governance attorney in New Mexico.
