N.M. Admin. Code § 6.29.15.7 - DEFINITIONS
A. "Text" means
written language, oral language, digital communications (written, oral, and
graphic), and other forms of multimedia communications.
B. "Heritage language" means a language other
than English that is inherited from a family, tribe, community or country of
origin.
