N.M. Admin. Code § 6.80.4.18 - DISTANCE LEARNING
A. A
charter school offering or seeking to offer distance learning courses to
students shall comply with 6.30.8 NMAC.
B. Any charter school offering or seeking to
offer distance learning courses in New Mexico pursuant to the Charter Schools
Act, Sections
22-8B-1 et seq. NMSA 1978, shall
be physically located in the state of New Mexico.
