N.M. Admin. Code § 7.29.4.2 - SCOPE
The Primary Care Capital Fund Program Regulations shall apply to the use of funds by eligible entities available pursuant to the Primary Care Capital Funding Act, Sections 24-1C-6., et seq., NMSA 1978.
