N.M. Admin. Code § 7.30.4.2 - SCOPE
County Maternal and Child Health Plan Act Regulations shall apply to the use of the funds available pursuant to the County Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Plan Act, Chapter 24 Article 1B NMSA 1978.
