N.M. Admin. Code § 8.321.6.2 - SCOPE
A. These
regulations apply to the following:
(1)
outpatient facilities which are certified by the behavioral health services
division of the New Mexico health care authority (authority) to provide
psychosocial rehabilitation services to adults with priority given to
individuals with severe disabling mental illness (SDMI); and
(2) any facility providing services as
outlined by these regulations which by federal regulation must be certified by
the behavioral health services division of the authority to obtain or maintain
full or partial, permanent or temporary federal funding.
B. These regulations do not apply to offices
and treatment facilities of licensed private practitioners.
