N.M. Admin. Code § 8.321.7.3 - STATUTORY AUTHORITY
This rule is promulgated pursuant to:
(1) Subsection E of Section
9-8-6 NMSA 1978; and
(2) the Behavioral Health Capital Funding
Act, Sections
6-26-1., et seq., NMSA 1978.
Section 9-8-1 et seq. NMSA 1978 establishes
the health care authority as a single, unified department to administer laws
and exercise functions relating to health care purchasing and
regulation.
