N.M. Admin. Code § 8.325.4.9 - HOSPICE CARE SERVICES

Hospice services are covered as an optional medical service for New Mexico medicaid program (medicaid) recipients.

Hospice services provide palliative and supportive services to meet the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of terminally ill medicaid recipients and their families. This part describes eligible providers covered services, service limitations, and general reimbursement methodology.
