N.M. Admin. Code § 8.326.10.12 - INDEPENDENT LIVING PLAN
An independent living plan (ILP) is required for each interim service period that includes all the services, goods, and supports recommended to the participant including referrals to BISF HCBS and any other potential resources available in the local community that are needed to resolve the identified crisis. BISF HCBS cannot be initiated until the service coordinator has included the services in the ILP and completed the appropriate referrals.
