N.M. Admin. Code § 8.326.6.9 - CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR CHILDREN UP TO AGE THREE
The New Mexico medical assistance program (medicaid) pays for medically necessary health services furnished to eligible recipients, including case management services furnished to medicaid eligible children up to the age of three (3) who are medically at risk due to family conditions [42 U.S.C. Section 1396 n(g)(1)(2) ]. This part describes eligible providers, eligible recipients, covered services, service limitations and general reimbursement methodology.
