N.M. Admin. Code § 8.370.15.57 - OUTDOOR ACTIVITY SPACE
A.
An easily accessible outdoor activity area shall be available for use by
residents.
B. A smoking area, if
provided, must be located 25 feet away from any exit door and be provided with
noncombustible metal ash urns.
