N.M. Admin. Code § 8.370.18.61 - SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR INFIRMARIES
In addition to all other requirements contained in these regulations Infirmaries will provide the following:
A. patient rooms which have a minimum of 100
square feet for single occupancy or 160 square feet for double
occupancy;
B. patient rooms must
have a call system to summon help in case of emergency.
