N.M. Admin. Code § 8.370.18.73 - RADIOLOGICAL SERVICES
A. All
authenticated radiological reports shall be filed in the patient's medical
record.
B. Interpretations of
x-rays shall be written or dictated and signed by qualified physician or other
individual authorized by the medical director.
