N.M. Admin. Code § 8.370.19.10 - INITIAL LICENSURE PROCEDURES
No license shall be issued without the following:
A. Receipt of the application with all
attachments listed in Section 9 of these regulations.
B. Survey conducted by the licensing
authority.
