N.M. Admin. Code § 8.370.19.33 - SERVICES/INDIVIDUAL CARE
A.
Nursing services: The hospice facility shall provide 24 hour nursing services
which are sufficient to meet the total nursing needs of the patient and which
are in accordance with each patient's plan of care.
B. Treatments: Each patient shall receive
treatments, including medications and diet, as prescribed, and shall be kept
clean, well-groomed, comfortable and protected from accident, injury and
infection.
C. Palliative care: Each
patient shall be provided necessary palliative procedures to meet individual
needs as defined in the plan of care.
