N.M. Admin. Code § 8.370.19.46 - HOUSEKEEPING
A. Adequate and
clean housekeeping equipment shall be maintained.
B. At least one service sink and housekeeping
closet or enclosed cabinet equipped with shelving shall be provided in a
suitable setting within the facility or combined with a soiled utility room. A
clinic service sink may be considered equivalent to a service sink.
