N.M. Admin. Code § 8.370.19.51 - LIGHTING
Adequate lighting appropriate to the function shall be provided in all usable areas of the hospice.
A. Appropriate, adequate, and safe electrical
service shall be provided.
B.
Adequate emergency lighting for means of egress, (battery operated acceptable)
shall be provided.
C. Adequate
emergency power shall be available, (battery operated acceptable).
